Privacy notice
Mervantis OÜ (register code 14412321) is the controller for personal data collected through seekor.eu. This notice says what we collect, why, how long we keep it and who else sees it.

Cookies and analytics
This site sets no cookies of its own. It loads no third-party fonts, no embedded video, no advertising and no social widgets. The font files are served from seekor.eu.
We use Google Analytics 4 to count page views. It is switched off until you accept it. Before you choose, Google Consent Mode is set to denied, no Google script is requested and no cookie is written. If you decline, nothing is loaded and the site behaves identically.
If you accept, Google Analytics sets cookies to recognise a returning browser. IP anonymisation is on and Google advertising signals are off, so the data is not used to build advertising audiences. Analytics data is retained for 14 months.
You can change your mind at any time: reopen the cookie choice. Clearing your browser storage for this site has the same effect.
Google Ireland Limited acts as our processor for Analytics. Google may transfer data outside the EEA under the European Commission's standard contractual clauses and its own supplementary measures.
Server logs
Our reverse proxy writes an access log containing the IP address, the requested URL, the user agent and a timestamp. Logs rotate at 100 MB and are deleted after 30 days. We use them to investigate faults and abuse. We do not use them to profile visitors and we do not combine them with anything else.
Who else sees your data
- Cloudflare, Inc. routes traffic to this site and terminates TLS, so it processes request metadata including your IP address.
- Brevo (Sendinblue) delivers the email generated by the enquiry form.
- Google Ireland Limited processes analytics data, but only if you accept.
- Nobody else. We do not sell data, we do not run advertising retargeting, and we do not share enquiries with third parties.
Enquiries are also stored on our own server in Estonia, which is where this site is hosted from.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you may ask for access to your data, correction, erasure, restriction and portability, and you may object to processing based on legitimate interests. Where processing rests on consent, you may withdraw it at any time without affecting what happened before. Write to partners@seekor.eu. We answer within one month.
You may also complain to the Estonian Data Protection Inspectorate (Andmekaitse Inspektsioon), aki.ee.
Transfers outside the EU
Cloudflare processes traffic on infrastructure outside the EEA and relies on the European Commission's standard contractual clauses. Google Analytics does the same. Enquiry emails and the enquiry journal stay within the EU.
Children
This is a business-to-business site. It is not directed at children and we do not knowingly collect data from them.
