Brands we are looking for

What we are looking to add in Estonia

Seekor is the trading name of Mervantis OÜ, an Estonian distribution company (register code 14412321). We are looking for EU-manufactured consumer products between 30 and 600 euros retail, under 15 kg per unit, from manufacturers with a dealer programme and no existing Baltic distributor. The full criteria and the categories are below.

Criteria

Five criteria. If a range meets all five, we want to see the price list.

What we look for, and why each one matters
CriterionWhy
Manufactured in the EU, UK, Norway or SwitzerlandOrigin matters for lead time, duty and for GPSR responsible-person handling.
Retail price 30 to 600 euros per unitBelow 30 euros the parcel locker economics stop working. Above 600 euros the Estonian volume is usually too thin for a first year.
Under 15 kg per unitA buyer has to carry it from the locker. The networks take more, but returns and damage claims rise above this. Heavier goods need courier delivery, which we can do but which changes the price.
No existing Estonian or Baltic distributorWe do not approach brands that already have Baltic representation. If you have a Latvian or Lithuanian partner but nobody in Estonia, tell us.
A dealer programme already in placeA published dealer price list and terms. We are not asking you to invent a wholesale channel for one small market.

Categories

Categories we are actively looking to add
CategoryNotes
Home and garden equipmentGrowing equipment, lighting, watering, outdoor furniture, tools.
Pet furniture and pet equipmentBeds, crates, carriers, feeding, grooming. Our existing pet store is in this category.
Footwear and technical apparelWork, outdoor and comfort footwear. Sizing-heavy ranges are welcome.
Small domestic appliancesKitchen and household appliances that are not white goods. WEEE registration applies and we handle it.
Lighting and electrical fittingsIndoor, outdoor and horticultural. WEEE registration applies and we handle it.
Furniture that ships flatUnder 15 kg per parcel or splittable into parcels under 15 kg.

If your range sits next to one of these rather than inside it, send it anyway. The criteria matter more than the category label.

What we are not looking for

  • Food, drink, supplements and cosmetics. Different regulatory route and we do not have it.
  • Products already sold in Estonia through another distributor. We will not approach you and we would rather you told us.
  • Ranges with no dealer price list. We are not able to build a wholesale programme on your behalf.
  • Goods over 15 kg per parcel, unless they split into parcels under 15 kg.
  • Manufacturers outside the EU, UK, Norway and Switzerland, unless you already have an EU responsible person appointed.

What to send

  1. Your dealer price list and dealer terms.
  2. A product data file. XML, CSV, API, EDI, or a spreadsheet.
  3. A link to your own site so we can see the range as you present it.

Send it to partners@seekor.eu. You get a straight yes or no within one working day, and if it is a no you get the reason.

Common questions

We already sell to Latvia. Does that disqualify us?

No. The criterion is no existing Estonian or Baltic distributor. If you have a Latvian or Lithuanian partner and nobody in Estonia, that is exactly the situation we are set up for. Tell us about the existing partner so we do not cut across their territory.

Our retail prices are above 600 euros. Is it worth writing?

Write, but expect a longer conversation. Above 600 euros the Estonian volume in a first year is usually thin, so the case has to rest on something else, for example a range that also fits the EU-wide store.

Do you require exclusivity?

No. We do not ask for an exclusive territory to start.

We are outside the EU. Can you still work with us?

Possibly. Regulation (EU) 2023/988 requires a responsible person established in the EU before a product can be placed on the market. If you already have one appointed, the answer is usually yes. If you do not, we can discuss taking that role, and it changes the commercial terms.

How fast do you reply?

One working day. That commitment is on the contact page and it applies to cold enquiries too.
